Farmer's Sat. 19th Art on Lawn 26th COUPON

So, I was soldering/multi-tasking today. In the midst of making these...I started a real big FIRE! I had a depressing day in my mind. I only had 1 hour to work so I got started. I had let lipton soup boil over, and of course didn't clean it. I started the water to boil and WAMMO it flamed up.
These owls are super cute and fun.

Farmer's is Sat. Well, I can't believe how bad the weather is lately. Last week I thought I was DUMB! I was there setting up, the wind picked up. It was blowing like no-body's business. All the vendors who were next to me had people help them move over by others. There I was stuck, all alone. Finally nice people helped me move too. There were some vendors canopy's broke in half. Scary! The weather better be good this Sat. Don't forget the great salsa. I ate some tonight...mmm

Ok YOU have to come to Art on the lawn!!! It is so much fun. I participated last year. They have fun things for all ages (kids). Last year you could do pottery, paint....FUN

I may do face painting depending on if someone else is doing it. She was getting back to me. Oh, and they have a chili bake off. The money supports the art department at

Inspired by Colored Glass!

I have seriously had an image in my brain of creating these bracelets and I have been so busy doing just normal life that I had not put it together. It feels so good to touch it with my hands now.
This Colored Glass Bracelet was inspired by all the glass sitting in boxes. I felt selfish being the only one to enjoy such pieces of raw art.

I have been thinking of doing a project with colored glass for some time, but the brain juices have been Strong for the last 3 days!

I have found such beauty in each piece of glass that I use for my window jewelry (stain glass suncatchers-click "portfolio" to see more). Each piece of glass goes through such a process to become the destinied hue and texture. I can finally wear it not only on my neck, but on my moving bones!
